Our largest customers operate in consumer markets in the retail, telecommunications, and energy sectors. Our customers also include public administration organizations and various associations that use direct marketing, particularly in fundraising.
The customers plan the content of their direct advertising, and we are responsible for the technical design, implementation, and optimizing the distribution process.
We also help our customers choose from the many available distribution operators to identify the provider that best meets the needs of the campaign.
Printed direct advertising faces many challenges in the changing operating environment, and print advertising volumes are constantly declining. As the number of communication channels grows, reaching target groups becomes increasingly challenging. There are also still certain consumer segments that can be best reached by traditional advertising.
Printed direct advertising has not, however, lost its significance. Studies indicate that mailed direct advertising has a high attention value, and that printed advertisements perform well in guiding consumers to use the services of online stores.

The year was quite challenging. The demand for static printed products continued to decline, but customized production grew.
We used automation solutions to develop the customization of direct marketing content and to target this more effectively at recipients.
In 2015 we focused on developing competencies related to management and production automation.
2016
In 2016, we will continue to specialize in addressed direct marketing, and we will significantly increase our market share in this segment.
