BrandSystems supplies marketing resource management (MRM) systems. We provide advanced software solutions and integrate these tools into other systems. We also offer product support and assistance in system integration. Our systems are sold through our partners to end users.
A key element in our MRM systems is simplicity, as we offer systems that are easy to use. Our customers are large companies with vast marketing resources, sometimes placed all over the world. Our MRM solutions help them connect their resources.
2015
In 2015, the area that grew the most was our integration services. During the year, we moved our technical platform to a cloud server. Although the switch was challenging and took a lot of effort, the outcome is a major achievement for BrandSystems, as the new platform allows us to operate more efficiently and gives us many benefits such as easy access to our services for customers.
We opened an office in New York in May. Entering a new market has resulted in growth, and we have acquired many new customers in the US.
BrandSystems was listed for the third year in a row in Gartner’s annual Magic Quadrant report for MRM. Being in the Magic Quadrant is considered the most important source of information regarding leading marketing technology vendors and their products on the market.
We invested in our employees’ well-being during the year. Most of our employees are based in India, and in the workplace we combine Scandinavian and Indian values. When compared with other Indian companies, we have less hierarchy and we treat people equally. Our employees stay with us longer than usual in this industry.
2016
In 2016, we expect our sales to increase, especially in the US. The need for MRM systems is growing, and we see lots of opportunities in the US market. We also plan to enter the markets in India in 2016 and in South America in 2017.
